Dear Robert,

Just a quick letter to say many thanks to you and your team from Finlog for the log cabin you supplied us. The level of professionalism show to us from the first initial meeting was to say the least "first class". The saying "it does exactly what is says on the tin" really sums up how we feel about the cabin. There are many companies out there who could take a leaf out of your book when it comes to customer care. During construction the workman onsite were always more than helpful and very tidy. I know we were a pain from time to time, altering things as you went along, but never was is shown to be a problem. Your deadlines (despite the weather at times!) were spot on. As you know this was very important to us as to not disrupt the running of our business. Guests absolutely love the cabin and the positive feedback we receive is fantastic. We are booked well into 2008 - 2009.
Once our plans from the council are passed we look forward to welcoming you back for Phase 2. Once again a big pat on the back to you and your team. We look forward to doing it all again soon.

I am writing to let you know how delighted we are with the Finish Log cabin that you constructed for us over the summer. The cabin was so beautiful that my wife and I just looked at it for a week before we could bear to put anything in it! Not only is the cabin nicer looking than we had anticipated, but we were also very happy with the attitude and workmanship of your staff and very grateful of the extra effort you put in to make sure that the verandah, electrics, storage and other customised items were to our liking.

I am now intending to make use of the cabin as an office, not just storage for my company, because such a pleasant environment merits being used to the full.

In summary, are pleased that we chose Finlog for our cabin and very satisfied with the result. We would be happy to give references to your prospective customers in the future.

I wanted to drop you a line just to let you know how pleased we are with the log building you installed for us. We have now spent a lovely summer using the cabin and have really come to appreciate the quality, design and all the effort that went into the build. Our children love the built in TV screen and have spent many hours with their friends on the Wii and then cooling down in the spa. My husband and I really enjoy relaxing with friends and the bar area is a huge success.

Once again, please thank Gary and the team who worked conscientiously throughout the build, even through some terrible weather.

New Build Cabin near New Abbey

Darryl and Yvonne,

Just wanted to let you know how thrilled we are with our log cabin - it's just perfect. We've spent quite alot of time in it this summer and of course can now enjoy the view of the sea whether it's raining or not! (Which was very handy this summer!). The log burning stove makes all the difference and works really well for boiling kettles and cooking casseroles, etc. Alistair and the children have even slept in the cabin (I'm waiting until we have ensuite facilities!).

Anyway, thanks for doing such a great job for us.
